"Included breakfast has basic limited options. Everything else on restaurant menu is extra cost. Shuttle service can be slow. Overall, would stay again since we just needed a place to sleep for our next day connection flight. "

"There is street parking directly in front of the hotel. The rooms are super clean. Breakfast was fresh and served with a smile. Our party of 3, accidentally booked a room with 1 bed but the moment we saw that the bed was going to be an issue, we spoke to the front desk. They were not able to accommodate us but the very next day, they were able to upgrade us to a 2 bedroom. We simply paid the upcharge with no issues. I as grateful for that. The beds in both rooms are super firm but it was much more comfortable with less people on the bed. Each room has their toiletries, towels, AC and TV. Wifi is fair. Walking distance to the main cathedral."

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Los Farallones. The staff was so incredible. They were absolutely so kind and available even when it was a busy weekend for the Easter holiday in El Salvador. The grounds are gorgeous and really taken care of, it just seems like they think of everything to keep the space beautiful. The spa treatment was a 10/10, so relaxing and amazing. The food was delicious! If you stay there, TIP THE STAFF, please! "

"Disappointed with the super thin walls and our room was an even number which over looked the pool, but on Saturday we heard the music from the clubs and bars which sucked when I wanted to go to bed. We tried to order room service and no one answered so my husband went to the lobby, but the gave us two free drinks at Strikers which made up for it, good food and service there. Drinks were good. The pool was too cold so we never got in but we did enjoy the spa. The hot tub was fun for us. Now considering that, why is it a four. Well my Husband and I loved it. The staff was super friendly, kind and informative. It felt like an all inclusive resort with the premium perk, so if you are considering it, get it. The food options were so goooood and I am a picky eater. The views were nice. The hotel is in a perfect area for walking and tons of options for restaurants, drinks and shopping. "

"We had a great overall stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking, definitely a must-see and one of the highlights of the trip. The complimentary breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, which was a big plus. The amenities were also very nice, the pool and spa were always heated and well-maintained, making it really enjoyable to relax. However, there were a couple of downsides. The service at the restaurant was quite slow, it often took a long time for staff to come take our order or even ask for drinks. Also, we had requested an ATV tour a day in advance, but were only informed at the last minute that the ATVs were not working, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a good experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service and communication."
