"There was a young man from Maison Kent who helped us take our luggage from Kent to the Chateau. We had to leave our luggage at Maison Kent because there was no holding area for luggage at Chateau and there were No reception/people. We were put on 3rd floor with no elevator and it was a chore to carry up our luggage"

"The hotel advertised transportation to & from the hotel on their website and Expedia. We received confirmation by email & text of our pickup time at the terminal including the day of our arrival. We arrived early & waited 2 hours for pickup. After the scheduled time, I called & the hotel said they no longer offered that service. So, we Ubered to the hotel. When we aked to use the washrooms, they said not available & use the public ones across the street. We wanted to eat lunch - sorry restaurant closed. Employees did not know how to work with Expedia. They did not bill our credit card provided to Expedia & threaten us with eviction unless we provided a credit card. This was at 8 PM at night. I had to show rhe employees how to work with Expedia. "

"As one would expect from Fairmont, the staff was excellent, from the Valet , to Doris at the front desk and Jeffrey the life guard, Lisa, Catherine and Vincent In the gold lounge. Gold upgrade was well worth it. Stunning location, funicular right there to take you down to lower town and back up. Beautiful room with a view. R.D.B. "

"The parking was good compared to other places. 26. dollars a night plus tax. Hotel staff were excellent, they gave us a bus pass for 3 days to ride and see the city. Location , location, just outside old city gates, Great place for families with the pool, hot tub and sauna. Across the street was subway, second cup coffee and poutineville. Thank you to the hotel and staff. I will definitely stay here when in Quebec City. R.D.B."
