"For $499/night plus tax for a total of $568, this was an utter disgrace. The pillows were like a bag of rocks. The bed was a C rating at best. The lobby bathroom is run down and decrepit. An inch of dust all around the lobby. The girls working in the lobby were all really nice and helpful. No complaints ..."

"Everything was great except that we arrived at 4:30pm and our room wasn't ready. They gave us a complementary item at the restaurant to enjoy while we waited, which was nice. We were finally able to get in our room about 5:15. Hotel was great, with that one exception."
