"Great staff, lovely atmosphere, beautiful building. No denying this is a wonderful hotel!! Arguably the best Hotel Downtown… But the cracks are starting to show (literally). I hope the management spend their budgets looking after the place, when it’s gone it’s gone."

"This was a good property. It was in close proximity to Downtown Pittsburgh. The food at the bar (dinner) was ok. The only downside of this trip is that if you want a hot shower in the morning, get up early because by 8 am, all I had was cold water!!"

"Location is loud bc it’s right by the highway and I not only requested and paid more for a king bed but received a room with two fulls for one (rather large) person. Despite politely asking the front desk to correct the error I was politely refused any support. Also my room was oddly shaped and cramped. ..."
