"The breakfast was great. Check in was amazing and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was kids running up and down the hall waking me up at 12:45 AM. My room was clean and the facility was extremely clean. The lady in the breakfast area was absolutely fabulous! Such a sweet hard working person with so much appreciation for everyone there. She is one of the reasons i would return there. She was absolutely amazing. overall this place was great and I would stay here again but would not want...

"The hot tub was gross, it had build up grease and dirt. The breakfast was below average and the pillows were not comfortable"

"The service and quality of our stay at the Holiday Inn was amazing! Very friendly staff, a clean and comfortable room, and a beautiful lobby with mountain views created a wonderful experience for our first time in Asheville. Highly recommend!"

"Clean room and helpful staff"

"Great outdoor area with fire pits to relax"

"The room was clean , except the furniture , chairs were stained and frayed . I didn’t sit on them . And there were only 2 towels and pillows were in poor condition. Also my room was on the first floor near the lobby and elevator . Noisy ."

"Staff was great, parking fine, strong smell of bug spray in the room. Overall decent place."

"Room was clean. Breakfast was good."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely experience."

"My room had trash from previous visitors behind the furniture. One elevator and it smelled horrible. Housekeeping staff also registering visitors. The only decent part was the breakfast. Will NEVER stay there again! Severely over priced!"

"The front desk clerk was very helpful at check in. I'm a female solo traveler and without asking him he put me in an area where there were cameras available. It was very reassuring and made me feel safe and seen."

"The looking glass cabin is small but effective and quaint. It had most things needed The grounds were clean and being next to the river was great. The check in process and communication was horrible It took hours wandering around property and 20 phone calls and texts to find our cabin They never texted us the code or cabin assignment at check in time When they finally returned communication, they made us feel as if we were in the wrong with no apology whatsoever. It’s a shame...

"I’d go back every month if I had the time."
