Staff was helpful and very nice. Breakfast was great. Only problem was poor water pressure in bathroom. Sink and shower head poor water pressure, very small shower head, no pressure, should have handheld device in shower too. The room was clean. It was a suite so we had plenty of toom. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. It is dog friendly. The decor was very cute all over the hotel. The breakfast was yummy. The staff was friendly. The lady at might was super friendly and helpful. The lady in the morning was also super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. We had a sixth floor suite. The view was even nice.

I would not hesitate to rebook at the Hampton Inn and Suites Asheville Biltmore Area on Brevard Rd. The hotel has a nice gathering area with breakfast in the morning and a bar with beer taps and wine for evening socialization. Every area is clean and well maintained. And the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone who asks where to stay when visiting the NC Arboretum.
