The staff’s communication was impeccable; they messaged us on WhatsApp before we even arrived to help with check-in. Because the restaurant was closed for Easter, they thoughtfully prepared a large breakfast box for us to enjoy before our early departure. They also recommended great local spots like Ristorante Passone. Highly recommended for both the views and the top-tier service!"

The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed in a magical Harry Potter style, which made the whole experience really unique and fun. "Amazing experince! This is a true gem hidden in the country side. The rooms are all diffenrent and I stayed in ‘Stanza del fieno’, The Hay Room. Staff was super nice and friendly. Only complaint is that there were very noisy kids and you hear everything (!) in the room."

"This is not really a hotel. It ends up being more like an Airbnb. There is no one to receive you, and all access instructions are sent in writing. They also ask you to pay taxes online through an external link outside of Expedia, which feels unsafe and untrustworthy. In fact, you have to do it, otherwise they do not send the exact address or access instructions. It is basically a house converted into rooms, with a shared bathroom for everyone. At least it was clean."
