"Villa Appiani is at a great location to get to center of Florence without being right in the center of it. It's a quite location where you can relax after a day of sightseeing and they have a great resturant. Also they provide shuttle service to the entrance of Florence at no extra cost. "Great Staff; friendly and efficient. Great Breakfast with a tasty selection of Italian cold cuts and pastry, freshly made scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, etc. Great coffee machine. Only drawback while the facilities are very nice and well maintained, there isn't much going on outside within walking distance. You need a car to get to shopping and restaurants. The Hotel / Residence doesn't offer any dining facilities. The rooms however are equipped with Microwave and Refrigerator. "
"Very nice hotel. Everything was sparkling clean and modern. Room was not huge but had a nice size closet and enough space to accommodate our stuff. Bed and bedding were very comfortable and great quality. Bathroom was very spacious and had a great shower, all bath products were very good quality.
Front desk staff were very professional, cordial and provided great service. Breakfast room service was prompt and very good.
