Výborné místo. K věži to je 20 min pěsky, na nádraží 3 min. Přátelský personál, který ale nemluví anglicky. Všude špína. Na pokojích neutřený prach. Za tři dny nebyly uklizeny společné prostory. Wc a koupelny. Za ty peníze se dá pořídit i lepší ubytovani, kde to bude sice dál k památkám, ale všude se dá dojet autobusem za 1,5eur...

This hotel was terrible. - staff was rude, unhelpful and very unpleasant to speak to. The reception is not 24/7 as stated when we booked. - condition of the room as terrible the room was separated from the kitchen by a locked flimsy door so you can hear everyone in the kitchen speaking and cooking - the lock on the room door fell off when I tried to lock the door. He receptionist called the handy man to fix it and I had to run out for 10 minutes so asked the receptionist if he watch my things as I had my laptop and all my belongings he said he would. I returned to find the door still broken and room with all my belongings left alone. This is very disappointing as they had no regard for security of my belongings even after I told them I had valuables and they confirmed they would watch it and didn’t. - the room was freezing. Not enough blankets and they refused to turn on the heating - the room was very basic - breakfast was terrible pre package croissants. - the room was highly overpriced compared to other that are in much better condition DO NOT STAY HERE

The advertising does not indicate shared toilet facilities and I had assumed en suite facility would be norm. It is not. Whilst staff very helpful and polite, the attendance is not 100%. Having to ring the door bell and wait in pouring rain until answered was not an experience I expected. Room comfortable, but would suggest a mirror is added somewhere and perhaps a few pictures? Very sparse. Otherwise for the price and a one night stay okay.

We’ve been waiting for check in very long time. The hotel is tidy and clean, free wi-fi. Breakfast is only sweet snacks. Often a busy bathroom (a lot of people). Great localization - close to train, bus and airport (can go by foot). For this proce I expected worse condition.

Struttura decisamente da ristrutturare, muri cadenti per l'umidità nella camera, nel bagno il soffitto è verde, zanzare morte sulle pareti accanto a impronte di scarpe, un filo d'acqua nella doccia, nessun posto dove poggiare i vestiti in bagno.. La colazione era scarsa come offerta, quantità e qualità, mancava un succo, del cacao,dei biscotti uno yogurt... l'ultimo giorno poi non hanno messo a disposizione proprio niente! Oltre a questo è molto rumoroso. La posizione mi è risultata comoda perché vicino alla stazione.

Condizioni della struttura pessime molto vecchia e non curata, nella descrizione non è evidenziato che il bagno è in comune a tutti gli ospiti della struttura quindi forte disagio per chi ha orari da rispettare e soprattutto condizioni igieniche pessime. Bagni e camera vecchissime. La colazione è inclusa ma in un luogo non conforme in termini di spazio ed accessori con gli ospiti che può contenere la struttura. La posizione molto comoda in quanto è sito a pochi metri dalla stazione ferroviaria e a pochi km dal centro e dalla torre pendente. Esperienza personale molto deludente dato che il mio soggiorno presso questa struttura è durato due notti.

Грязища! С чемоданами на 4 эт. без лифта - супер. Расчтывали на двуспальная кровать ( что и бронировали), получили одноместную и двухэтажную детскую. Поскольку мы селились на одну ночь, скандалить не стали. Единственный плюс - до аэропорта пешком близко.

Franchement je n'ai pas compris c'est un hôtel ou quoi. L'accueil était bizarre, la dame qui a récupéré l'argent était encore bizarre. Le petit déjeuner c quoi les croissants et des pains au chocolat d'entreprise. Il n'y avait pas de bouilloire, la micro ondes était sale. Il n'y avait rien à manger. Même pas un café. La salle de bain était sale, on nettoie pas tous les jours. La chambre on n'arrivait pas ouvrir la fenêtre. Le lit était pas propre, on change pas les couverture régulièrement. Les gens faisaient du bruit toute la nuit. Rien était correcte. Bref en tout je vous demande de faire venir la commission hygiène pour un contrôle. Et donner une formation pour la dame comment accueillir les clients.

Great location for short stay in pisa.

Great locaton for us since we got off the train tired and was able to walk 5 minutes right to the hotel. Only took us 25 minutes to walk to leaning tower. Staff were great to deal with.
