"Great breakfast clean rooms. Already booking my next stay"

"It had a very nice pool for adults and children. There was a slide into the pool. The staff kept our room clean and replenished the towels for us. We did have the option to put a do not disturb sign on our door if we didnt want housekeeping to touch the room. Our room had a kitchen with a bar table and chairs. It had a full size refrigerator. The only negative to our room was the bed frame made a noise on one side when we got up. The breakfast was eggs, biscuit, gravy, and fruit(apple or banana). The meat was sausage the day we ate. The breakfast is catered by the grill next door and it was served in the back lobby of the hotel."

"The place is a dump. We stayed last year in May and it was pretty bad. They were "remodeling" then so we stayed this year thinking it should be better...wrong! I think it was worse!"

"Very clean. Pool area was nice although we did not get to use it. Breakfast was very good."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is the pet friendly hotel has carpeted rooms. Overall though, the hotel is very clean."

"The room smelled like cat urine or mold, the first room they booked us in i walked in on maintenance (holding a child and tons of luggage because no carts were available) had to go back down and get a new room.. lady didn’t know how so took a few minutes. the amenities were amazing, pools were clean and nice. balcony was the only nice thing about the room/ the bathroom too! Bathrooms were spacious and looked be upgraded nicely! i’d probably not stay here again just because the room smelt so bad like urine i can’t explain it! awful"

"The hotel was beautiful and the staff was welcoming upon arrival. We were able to check in early which was great. This hotel has a lounge area that we took advantage of in the evening and the bartender, Lily was very friendly and efficient. Overall l highly recommend this hotel for friendly service, very clean rooms and comfy beds. Lovely place to stay in Pigeon Forge!!"

"Our stay with our friends ,wasn't good. We had joining rooms on the third floor. Which was so hard to get our friend up and down with one entrance and exit to the elevater,his wheel chair barely fit into the elevator, and there was no handicapped parking for them to park we only saw 1 spot on the side the elevator was on There was 1 luggage cart for each floor,3 total for the whole hotel. There were so many rules,we could not keep up ,we even got a call to our room,they said someone was smoking outside our room on the public balcony,we had no control over that We were told smoking was 20 feet from the building and the hotel had there own smoking area just out side the check in office The two gentlemen that checked us in were pleasant enough at check in,but we had to sign our name so many times,I believe it was 10 times for all the rules. Then had to give them our personal phone # and 200 dollars hold on our card for damages,which takes 2 days to be after check out to be refunded They have cameras on every corner and we were told by other guests that were there before us,that the office spies on the guests with every move they made There was unfinished hall ways with tripping hazards,my friend almost fell on her face,because there was a 2x4 nailed to the ground going out the back hallway where the ice machine was. We were anxious to leave after two days needless to say Ohh and they give you a coupon for breakfast at the pancake house next door,for a 3 pancakes and a drink,lol"
