"The staff was very professional, friendly and efficient, at the front desk Nick was very helpful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have a coffee machine and a mini fridge which is great to start the morning. The location is great the subway/metro station is right across the hotel so you can get anywhere quickly. There are a lot of restaurants near by and roof bar terrasse to go to. "Front desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond after I 1, screwed up my reservation, and 2, arrived well after check in time (like the next morning) due to flight delays. I'd been up for close to 36 hours at that point and they found me a room to lay my head for a few hours and then, when I had to check out of that one, prioritized getting me a new room as quickly as possible.
