"Marcos the host provided world class customer service! The pictures does not do his home and justice; the home is simply beautiful and modern. It’s so convenient to shops, the cruise port, train station, and food. I highly recommend his home for anyone’s traveling needs!"

"Was allocated room 61, on arrival it was like an oven as aircon wasn’t working. Reported this and told give it 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 25 minutes and so on just getting fobbed off. After 3 hours gave up and booked another hotel as couldn’t stay overnight there in the heat. Receptionist was trying to be helpful but couldn’t do anything without manager approval who was no where to be seen and uncontactable. Asked for refund but again basically they refused to respond to Expedia."

"The location was perfect ~ just about 5 minutes from the cruise port, which made our stay extremely convenient. We felt safe the entire time, and the check-in process was seamless. Christina was a wonderful host. Very polite, responsive, and accommodating. She even helped us find a great restaurant for dinner, which was a nice touch. "Loved this accommodation, was exactly as you see in the pictures. I had a 1 bed studio with balcony looking into the street. You have everything there you would need. Great AC Great little kitchen area TV with WiFi access for apps and casting. Checking in was so simple, they send you a code to get in the door which is also your room code too. "This property is in a great location, close to the ferry port, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it was a royal pain when the power went out (not the property’s fault)-it was a long way down from the 6th floor to carry a heavy bag down the stairs. "Short distance to walk down to the Port/catch the Metro to/from Athens/Airport. Found a nice bar to sit down with a cold beer at the Port. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Very convenient for the ferry to islands the next morning, after our overnight stay. Ilea’s on Reception was very helpful."

"The property manager was dismissive in every interaction. There were not pillow cases provided our first night and we had to track down the cleaning staff to get fresh ones. The tiny elevator was left full of all the laundry bags by the staff. The units rely on key code entry and the battery died preventing entry to our room. The manager was slow and dismissive to deal with this. Also, the water gets way too hot. The shower scolded my wife when she tried to start it, and it was pointed right out...

"This is a nice hotel, the staff are very helpful, rooms are clean and overall I had an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was very good, a good choice of food and drinks, no decaf coffee was on display though. It is not a 4 star hotel by a long way compared to UK hotels, the biggest issue as I was there for business is the WIFI it is awful and this has been mentioned in many revues, not sure why they have not invested in upgrading."
