"Staff very friendly, room cleanliness 4/5 there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and shower had some older stains. Bedding , carpet, towels clean. Beds were comfortable our family ranges in size from 6ft3in to 4ft11in all were comfortable. We are repeat customers and noticed the breakfast options have expanded thank you! Bagels, various cereals, yogurt, muffins and fresh fruit. Coffee was refilled when it ran out quickly and was fresh. The reason for the overall 4/5 rating - #1- the parking lot - which is very small- when we arrived at the back end of the hotel parking lot an 18 wheeler was parked sideways and there were several people hanging out I did not feel 100% safe so we parked facing the interstate. When we checked in we had to pay to park our car- did the 18wheeler and associates pay too? #2-the hair on the floor in the restroom. We’ve stayed here before because it is very close to Six Flags Fiesta Texas and is reasonably priced (except for now charging a daily parking fee). Now that we know about the fee we can factor it into the decision when visiting SA again."

"Good morning, I chose the Spark Hilton on I!) West in San Antonio, TX as my hotel while attending a family function. The Staff ( Eva, Justin and the Sweetest young man that works the midnight shift , sorry I don't remember his name) were all On Point. Taking into consideration with what They were working with. The elevator not work for a day in a half made our stay a bit difficult. My sister has pain in her legs and climbing the stairs was a bit painful for her, the staff noticed and were sincere when they apologized. I also made an observation that the computer systems was intermittent. The staff never complained they just thanked us for our patience and understanding. In the future I would stay at a SPARK Hilton. An Aging Veteran"

"The parking was secured by a gate and I felt very safe getting in late and coming into the hotel because of this. My only issue was the door to the bathroom was very difficult to get in and out of because of the space available. Also, the last morning when I turned on the lights in the bathroom there were small black bugs around the wall and base of the toilet. I did let the front desk know so hopefully the issue will be resolved for the next guest. There has been a tremendous amount of rain lately and bugs are a part of Texas. We were in room 325 so for the next guest just a heads up."

"This place is first class from the time you step out of your vehicle. The staff is professional they hold doors for you and the facility is outstanding. They’re doing a great job keeping everything maintained and fresh. The rooms are beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are amazing. My wife and I went for our anniversary and we will definitely want to go again sometime."
