The check in was great and we had to check in early but there was a fee and it was understandable. The room was great but yes found a little cockroach. Also wished the TV was wifi built like Roku so i could've connect or cast my phone to the TV. But everything is good overall. Also great location right next to Dennys just quick walking distance. Great location and great value price for the what is worh.

Other than the ice makers not working the hotel was decent for a quick night stay . Bed was good too.

No hot water. 1 shower towel for 2 people. Have to rotate Towels to get another one. No toilet papers only half a roll. Have to ask for more. Pillows are not comfortable. Electrical plug ins are broken. Have to rotate outlets to use microwave and fridge. Roaches in restrooms. Floors were dirty. Location was good. Just poor management

Friendly Staff What I didn't like was the smell of smoking marijuana when I returned to my room. Had to blast A/C in order to get rid of the smell.

This location is trying to improve itself with upgrades and construction. The pool wasn't open, which was a disappointment as I was booking so I could use the pool. We didn't ask if there were any arrangements with nearby pools. We still stayed there because the staff was really nice and it was still a good place to stay for a few days.

The hotel used to be a La Quinta, so I knew what to expect from the room lay out. It is old, but clean. I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and approachable. I would stay here again.

The pool was closed. We did not get to use it. We had 2 rooms, 5 people and we only had one set of towels in each room. When we went to ask for towels, the desk clerk said he did not have a key to the maintenance room. The wifi sucks. But the morning clerk was nice , professional, and very friendly, informative .

I was very impressed with the rooms. I had a very different impression of this hotel and I will no longer judge a hotel only its negative ratings until I personally stay there myself I have traveled Mexico, South America and United States. Their melt renovated rooms reflect more space and modem decors that make your stay feel very exquisite. I would highly recommend saying at this Flex Studios. Also, Kudos to the staff for their outstanding custmer service. Great Front Desk Auditor - Rebeca!

Rooms are not clean, AC don’t work properly, no elevators, all the smoke from outside goes straight in to the rooms thru the AC. Not a clean place at all, pictures added to this place are not accurate.

Property charged me three times. Lobby is not cleaned. Room is ok s you’re getting what you paid for. It’s an OK location. If you want to save I can recommend the area it’s just I don’t like when my card was charged three times. Night auditor is not even really helpful when I called. She immediately refer to call in morning like no intention of actually asking what happened. Like she doesn’t care at all.
