"It was like staying in a ramada Inn on a highway in the 1990's because the hotel was FAR from Madrid the city. We went 8 train stops, a long bus ride and longish walk to get there from Madrid. We were in the middle of an industrial area--not even in Pinto, the town where the train station was. This hotel should not be advertised as a place to stay in Madrid, Spain. The room was large and comfortable, except we couldn't get the air conditioner to stop and we were cold."

"I loved my stay here. It was close to everything I needed. It was by the airport, but I could get a taxi or Uber easily from the hotel. I also took the metro and it puts you off about 10 minutes away from the hotel. If you don’t mind walkingThe staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is vast and delicious. Fresh fruit every day, different types of meat, perfect for every taste. The rooms were clean. The area was safe. I will stay here again."
