"Food isn't good, very high in fat, carbs and sugar. No healthy options asides from salad which it doesn't really count. They have a ton of staff but they aren't customer service focus more like out to lunch. Nobody greets you or even look at you, they avoid eye contact. Definitely didn't feel welcome. Hotel itself it's fine and basi amenities need improvement and easier access to use them. The safari drives are chaotic needs more planning and organization. "

Carel’s deep knowledge and genuine passion for the wildlife greatly enhanced our game-viewing experience, and he did so in a thoughtful, unobtrusive way. The lodge was spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals comfortably. "
