If you’re in need of a relaxing retreat style stay, this place is absolutely incredible. The detail oriented staff is extremely kind and will take care of you! Having a car is very helpful to visit villages in nearby areas. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Perfect place for some peace and quiet in a very serene setting! Front desk staff very friendly and hotel manager Ricardo is gracious and knows everything about the extensive property and it’s interesting history. Stayed here for close to a week for my 50th and honestly I didn’t want to leave. A true gem! A gazillion stars!

One of the most beautiful and peaceful hotels I’ve been to! Service was great, with an extremely attentive and helpful staff. The rooms are pristine, clean, decorated so tastefully and well equipped. The food from the hotel’s restaurant is healthy and delicious. We visited the farm on property where they source their food from which was a great experience. Pool, tennis courts, spa - all top tier. The grounds itself are absolutely stunning. It was exactly what we were looking for during our relaxing stay in Umbria.

Lugar absolutamente magnifico. Propriedade e jardins muito bem cuidados com uma vista espetacular. Alguns pontos de atenção: 1) Café da manhã muito bom mas o jantar deixa a desejar, comida sem sabor. Pedimos no Restaurante Essenza um "minestrone cremoso com verdure crocante" e para nossa surpresa veio uma espuma roxa fria com cebola sem gosto nenhum. 2) Para usar a sauna precisa pagar 60 euros por pessoa, isto não fica claro na descrição do hotel ao ser feita a reserva. 3) Pedimos um check-out um pouco mais tarde pois teriamos um voo de 12 horas naquela noite, nos deram 30 minutos pois o hotel teria um evento. Tivemos que deixar o quarto as 11h. A atendente foi muito intransigente, uma vez que o check-in é feito somente a partir das 15h30.... Faltou um pouco de boa vontade para acomodar nossa solicitação.

Es ist alles sehr gut bis perfekt ausser dass der Aussenpool in der zweiten Aprilhälfte noch in Revision war und diese Arbeiten entsprechenden Baulärm im perfekt gepflegten Garten verursachten. Das Hotel ist nur über eine Schotterstrasse von rund 1 Kilometer Länge zu erreichen.
