"This was one of the most confusing stays I have ever had, firstly communication from the park was great at first and then more and more and more.. the contact loves a good information flood on WhatsApp So I thought I had all the information I could need, but quickly realised I actually knew nothing. L’HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi

10/10 Excellent

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating during my stay. The reception desk provided instructions on places to visit in Hanoi as well as assisting in travelling to Sapa. Due to the typhoon at the time, travel to other parts of northern Vietnam were limited however the reception desk were able to contact the bus agency to determine the conditions to Sapa. Would book again!"

The Oriental Jade Hotel

"Oriental Jade was a really good choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to extend our trip by another night and they managed to fit us in the same room – no problems. The bathroom had a few stray hairs on the floor. Apart from this, the property was fantastic and would have given 5/5 stars."
