We went here twice for spring break with our kids and 7 years ago we had an amazing time. This year in March 2026 we were told our 12 and 15 year old couldn't be without us in the room or anywhere on property. They never told us at check in and made us feel like we did something wrong. Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport North
The morning front desk personnel were very rude to customers including myself when asking questions. Over a conversation with another guest and (Deon) he spoke so rude if I were the guest I would have checked out right then. All the other staff were great. Good restaurant good pool good shuttle.
