"On Oct 8th, Thursday evening around 7, I parked my car in front of the house that I booked. A man with no shirt on quickly came out of the house through the front door, walked in the grass and yelled, "Are you checking in?" As a man, by myself, I was taken back. I paused before saying, "Good evening". He tilted his head and said, "Good evening". Then I said, "Sir, I'm trying to drop off my stuff". He proceeded to let me know that HOA is suing him for all of these violations of cars being parked...

"Very nice spot and close to downtown if your here to see a concert, 8 minute walk to van buren and 20 to the mortgage center. Bed is a little stiff but all around a great place to stay"

"Staff friendly and helpful."
