Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
Clean room, helpful kind staff, pool area under construction for new additions, though we enjoyed the lazy River 2 days. It’s not upscale, good family resort though. Enjoyed good drinks and nachos at pool.

Hotel lobby was probably the best part of the hotel. Rooms were decent and clean, but definitely needed some maintenance. Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Phoenix West
There are a lot of good things aboit this property. The one thing that is troubling is the number of homeless people living just off the premises. This is something Ted Toof Inn has no control over.
