GreenTree Hotel Phoenix West
Included breakfast: bread and toaster. No condiments and nothing else except coffee. Nothing more. Bathroom tub and shower had big-time mold at every joint. In room air conditioner controls inoperative and produced noise just this side of the business end of a 737 engine of takeoff.

Nice budget long term hotel. The room had a small kitchenette and full size refrigerator. Had noticable noise in the room i stayed in that faced the adjacent freeway.
