"We had so much fun celebrating our 20 year anniversary. The Oasis water park was a blast, our room was quiet and we loved the pools. One of the elevators was down which wasn't that much of a problem."
"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For a hotel that appears so nice and well-rated, the cleanliness and housekeeping were completely unacceptable. The room was very dirty upon arrival, with dust all over the room and surfaces that clearly had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom was even worse, with visible mold, which made the stay feel very unsanitary and uncomfortable.
Housekeeping only came once during our stay, and all they did was make the beds. They did not take out the trash, properly clean the room, or restock necessities. The “fresh” towels they brought were also dirty, which was honestly shocking.
This was one of the most horrible hotel experiences I have had, especially for such a nice hotel with a good reputation. I expected much better cleanliness, service, and attention to guests. Very disappointing overall."
"Location is very walkable to downtown amenities. The graduation venue- beautiful Orpheum Theater- we attended was not only across the street, we were able to see it from our room. Hot weekend visit to Phoenix was memorable… got to know downtown, nearby Roosevelt District and visited two museums and a Japanese Friendship garden in addition to the medical school graduation. All done without a car… hotel is conveniently close to transit and easy access from airport."
"Friendly and helpful staff. Changed my room location because of my physical needs. Were helpful and cheerful about it. I rally appreciated that. Made my stay stress free. TY"
