Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
The amenities were great. When we checked in and tried to use our room shower it did not drain at all, The shampoo bottle was not attached to the wall (no big deal), and the door you had to push incredibly hard to get in. We notified staff about the shower but it was not fixed during our stay.

Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort
Love this resort! It’s beautiful with great amenities (multiple pools, golf). Unfortunately we had an issue with one of two rooms, which couldn’t be immediately repaired.. but they were fair in offering a discount. Will definitely stay again

Talking Stick Resort
The property was nice and my room was amazing. Clean and spacious. Room service was quick and delicious. All the staffers were very polite, informative, and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Scottsdale Parkview Resort
Pool was filthy. We stayed in two rooms over three days. Rooms were clean. Pool area was not. I asked 4 times that the pool be cleaned. They finally cleaned it the morning we checked out. Bar at pool was never open. Fountain worked less than half the time. The spa was hot, but the jets did not work ...
