Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue
"Parking is $32/day and the off site lot is 2 blocks from hotel down a steep hill. Halls are smelly and hot. Tiny rooms have constant weird sounds from plumbing?? Pillows are devoid of any fill. Mini fridge didn't work. Clearly, Hilton now has Motel 6 standards."
