Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia by IHG
The hotel itself and staff are very nice. While we didn't take advantage of it, it being a pet-friendly property is nice to know. Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing
Poor Wi-fi. Toilet didn’t flush. It took 3 calls for someone to answer the phone. Towels were dirty. You have to pay to park in their garage. Room furniture was old & worn. Staff was great though, very friendly & helpful. They were the saving grace of our stay there.
