"Staff seemed polite enough and at least outwardly tried to be helpful. However its just poorly run. Among various instances, I specifically asked for my room to be made up, and said I'd be out at 2.30pm. It was noted, and the lady said she will make a note for it to be cleaned at 2.30. I arrive back ..."

"The staff at this location was super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was clean. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were so old you had to fold them in half. The towels super thin from too many washings."
