The Windsor Suites
I enjoyed my stay at the Windsor! Good location and friendly staff. Only complaint is I could not figure out how to make the shower anything but scalding hot and the pump for the conditioner didn’t work. Would stay again!

Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square
Stayed here for a conference. Staff not clear in their communications or helpful in general. Tried to charge me for early check in when I had paid for the night begore so that I could check in. Room was cold.

Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District
The bathroom needed a good scrubbing. The carpet was old and stained. The “premium bedding” was frayed and stained. Took forever to get hot water. Very disappointed for the price.
