This place is a perfect combo of an inn and a private room rental. The room was comfortable and clean with a large bathroom and a common area where coffee, tea, and water bottles were available. Property owner is easily available by text or phone for any questions. This is a great place to stay in Manayunk!

Quarters is a clean and quiet place to stay. The location is very convenient to the night life on Main St. After we arrived, we had a couple of questions and the host answered immediately. The only downside is the parking. I would stay here in the future.

Quarters is the best place to stay in Manayunk,especially if you're a cyclist. It's very close to downtown and the River trail. The room and common area was spotless,the AC worked flawlessly in the 100° heat,and the bed was comfortable. Give it a try,you won't be disappointed.

The owners are wonderful. They were readily available if need be, and they keep a nice clean space that is safe. The food in the area is fantastic, and I would also recommend doing something different Iike a psychic card reading. Very interesting area of Philly to visit.

My husband and I went to watch the Eagles play in the Super Bowl. Mark was very helpful and friendly and the place was cute as a button! Walking distance to Main St and very quiet neighborhood. Honestly - was even better than expected! We will definitely be back for another stay!

We chose the Quarters because of its location within walking distance to our son's house. Our room was very clean and well maintained for an older building. On the downside, the room was very small, better suited for a single person. Also, it was advertised as a BnB. There was coffee and tea in the lobby but no food available.

First quarter

Quarters was a good option for me to visit family in Germantown. + good location just a few minutes walk from the Main Street with shops and restaurants Positives: + Quick and friendly contact with Mark (owner) + comfortable bed + not too difficult to get street parking for two nights Things to note: - The booking I made on hotels.com showed another room (quarter two) than what I got (quarter one). Rooms are relatively similar - there was hair by the shower drain when I arrived. Otherwise seemed clean.

Mark was a great host. He was friendly and very responsive. My “Quarters” was nice, with a very comfortable bed, small microwave and fridge, a desk and two end tables. Beautiful hardwood floors that look to be original. The walkability is great as it is only one block from Manayunks Main St., where you will find your choice of restaurants including cute little coffee shops and vintage stores. I was born in Philly and lived there for a long time. I can’t believe I missed this little gem.

Mark was great - very responsive. Place was private, colorful and very close to Main St. Manayunk. Only drawback was tough street parking - although we ended up finding parking fairly quickly each day. Overall - very nice spot.

Liked the room in general. The bed was not very good (in Fourth Quarter room) and there was no shower, only a bad tub with a shower head but no shower curtain. It was close to the Mann, which was most important. Also, you are BnB yet don’t offer food…kind of weird.

The size of our room was adequate for a couple. I don't know how big the other rooms were, so I can't say that the whole place wasn't family-friendly. Entry was convenient with the code. A hard key was available for our room. I wasn't able to change the room temperature, but maybe I just didn't get the technology. The ease of finding a parking space depends on when you get there, but after a bit of searching, we were successful. The hotel is in a convenient location, just a 5 minute walk to the restaurants on Main Street and 8 minutes to the Venice Performing Arts Center. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Good lighting. Quiet. I would stay here again.
