Excellent location, beautiful place, customer service superb. I need to go back in June and for sure I will stayed there. Only thing they need to work on is cleaning the hallways and the elevators are always wet because of the pool.

The hotel was nice! The breakfast food was super good also! The bed in the hotel room was very comfy. Also the staff were very nice. But the only flaw was that the water in the pool is cold. Other than the pool water being cold the rest was great! I would highly recommend this hotel!!

One of the best home2 by hilton hotels. The receptionist were very polite and professional ( big thank you to Zaheerah). The rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious. There are shuttles and parking available to take care of your car untill you are back.

I went to the first room I was assigned and turned on the lights, set my bags down, and entered the restroom to use the toilet. Upon lifting the seat, I discovered that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned because someone's bowel movement was sitting in the toilet. I gathered my things and went to the front desk to ask for a new room that was cleaned. The front desk clerk was very sweet, apologetic, and accommodating. She quickly reassigned me to a new room and said I would be given some points for the disappointment of the situation. My next room was more clean than the first, however there was a lot of long dark hair remaining in the shower that did not belong to me. While the front desk was great, I believe that the level of attention to detail amongst the cleaning stafc could use some attention. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and other places I was frequenting
