The Hanoi Signature Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Great place in Hanoi Great hotel, good breakfast, and very helpful, friendly service from Jennie booking my excursions around Hanoi (Sapa, Halong Bay). The actual accommodations are very nice, spacious, and comfortable. I would stay here again."

"We had a great time at the hotel and a staff called Louisa was very friendly and my son loves her so much and he even left her the letter to thank her. We hope she can receive the letter and we hope to stay at this hotel again next time we visit Hanoi."

GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi

10/10 Excellent

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Experience – Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Breakfast Service! I had a wonderful stay at GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality, especially from the breakfast restaurant team. The breakfast service was absolutely outstanding! Every morning, the restaurant staff greeted guests with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and attentive service. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and attention to detail made breakfast such a pleasant experience. You can truly feel how much they care about their guests. I would especially like to recognize Hanna, the manager, for her exceptional professionalism, leadership, and hospitality. She is incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Her outstanding service and the way she leads her team deserve special recognition. A beautiful hotel is always nice, but it’s the people who make a stay unforgettable. Hanna and the entire breakfast restaurant team are truly an asset to this hotel! Thank you, Hanna and the wonderful restaurant team, for making my stay so special. You are the reason I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others! Highly recommended! ❤️"

Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

8/10 Good

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. The furniture in the room is a bit dated but a nice place to stay overall."

Meritel Hanoi

10/10 Excellent

"Excellet people the best and a buitifull hotel"

The Oriental Jade Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training. Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again."
