"Lovely little hotel, superior room was bigger than we expected looking over the front of the hotel. Fairly clean, only minor point, as the hotel was full there were no spare pillows,I sometimes, I struggle with my breathing hence the extra pillow at night. Will stay again."

"Such a beautiful stay, 10/10 for my last night in the UK. Room was lovely for the price, it was not at all what I was expecting. The location in comparison to the airport was super convenient. Also, the bar/restaurant down the road (2 minute walk) was so atmospheric, so yummy, and the prices were fairly reasonable! They put lots of effort into providing every guest with as many recommendations as possible in the guest binder too which was amazing! Not something you see often. Loved it."

"The entire staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Clarence at the reception desk. We spent 2 nights at the hotel. We noticed a problem with the bedside table lamps. Clarence tried to fix the problem with table lamps but he could not. He immediately moved us to another room in the hotel and we are grateful to him. The room was very clean. Really liked the underground parking facility. The staff at the breakfast room were also very polite and helpful. "
