The cleaning staff did a horrible job overall (they do not vacuum the rug under the table, they did not clean the bathroom properly, nor did they make the beds properly. Also, the sheets had clear visible signs of being unclean and they did not change the sheets. I believe that it's certain days that they change the sheets. Yuck!!! Bus to Gatwick is 6 mins (subject to traffic) - it takes longer to navigate the terminals. Customer service / front desk is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble - my case was carried from my car to my room, which was a lovely gesture.
