"The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!"

"This is a beautiful apartment, very comfortable and centrally located in Edinburgh. Unfortunately there were some of the previous guests things left under the bed which is why we have marked the cleanliness down. Otherwise we loved the apartment. "

"プリンセスストリートからトラムで４駅、balfour streetが近いです。駅の周りには飲食店、スーパーマーケットがあり便利です。徒歩５分位の住宅街にあり、静かな環境です。ホテルの目の前にバス停があり、立地はいいと思います。チェックインの時間前でしたが、清掃している間コーヒーをサービスしてもらい少しだけ待って利用できました。ドアが薄いのか玄関の出入りの音が少し気になりましたが？それ以外は快適でした。ドライヤー、バスアメニティはありました。部屋は清潔でした。良いホテルだと思います。"

"What an amazing stay. Sylvia and Lukas were so wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was relaxing and enjoyable. As a solo traveller it’s always a concern finding safe comfortable accomodation. 4 friends delivered beyond expectation. Room was gorgeous. Bed super comfy. Highly recommend this wonderful guest house. Convenient location with buses at doorstep. "

"Very nice hotel. Fantastic location, nice rooms. We selected a room with two double beds, and for some reason or another there was an issue with the room. They upgraded us to a deluxe suite with one king bed, and offered a rollaway bed for the second. I was worried initially that my partner wouldn’t find the rollaway suitable(I snore so he needs to be able to get away from me if it’s too bad) but it ended up being just fine. And the room itself was very nice and spacious with a fabulous balcony....
