Clean and quiet hotel, great location, easy walking distance to the city center, shopping, restaurants, Waverley Station, the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Playhouse. Loved that we had a washer/dryer and small kitchen for quick breakfasts before starting our day and a snack at the end. Kind and helpful front desk, we really enjoyed our stay!

I was visiting for the Festival for two weeks and the setup and location are ideal. The property is lovely, the staff are too. It was wonderful having laundry and a kitchen for that length of time.

This hotel has a good location in a nice neighborhood and relatively close to all attractions (about 20 minutes). The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the kitchen very well equipped. I’d recommend this hotel and would come back again!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean and furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Besides the coffee tea etc. there was even detergent for using the washing machine. It was also located close to transport systems. We enjoyed our stay.

This was such a wonderful place to stay! It had easy access to shops, cafés, and restaurants, with the station only a seven-minute walk away. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well set up. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

A very clean hotel. Rooms were fantastic with the small kitchen and washing machine. Location was excellent as well both from the train station and from the main tourist spots. It is tucked away on a side street, which is quieter and around the corner from a grocery store, take away restaurant and coffee shops. Loved our stay there!

Lovely spot to feel like you’re living as a local. One bedroom is spacious, quiet, well-appointed, and seemingly brand new. Friendly staff and excellent proximity to Waverley train station, tram, busses, and walkable to many good spots.

This was a really cute aparthotel. Easy to find with the directions they gave and in a cute neighborhood. Close access to the tram and a ton of restaurants, plus the shopping mall is about a 5 minute walk away. Having laundry in the room was super helpful and the washer worked great. The only downside was that one of the blinds would not go the full way down and in the summer when the sun sets at 11pm it could make it difficult for people to fall asleep/ stay asleep.

Overall, a great place to stay while in Edinburgh. The price I paid was high, more than any other booking, including London! So I had high expectations. There was some damage in the floor when I got there, the safe didn’t lock, the towel heater didn’t seem to work, and there was no daily cleaning. Wifi, TV, A/C, and other amenities worked just fine. The front staff allowed us in to our room early, bless her! It was a hot day and we were exhausted so I appreciated that greatly! Would consider this place again for the in room laundry/fridge and most importantly, a/c!!

Great place to stay! The room was easy to check into with staff at the desk 24 hours, clean, comfortable, and spacious compared to other places we stayed in Scotland. Extra bonus was the washer/dryer which was a welcome surprise for us since we were traveling for a week at that point. The location is great with an easy walk to sites. Would recommend!

Outstanding location and central to all the sites you want to see. Only issue was the noise from the pub below which you need ear plugs to block out the music but very convenient to have a few pints. We would definitely return

So spacious clean and quiet in a great part of town! Also with a washer/dryer which saved me after one week of hiking in the isle of Skye def worth it! Room was perfectly warm or cool based on my need and the heated towel rack was so lovely.

Air conditioning was a saviour in this heatwave. Very centrally located.staff are lovely. They gave us a room with such a nice view. There were 2 baby seagulls on the rooftops which made our mornings and evenings such a treat to watch. Amenities were great, especially with the washing machine. Linen was changed every 3-4 days so be mindful that this is an aparthotel. It was perfect for us, and the beds and pillows were comfortable enough. Good amount of storage for clothes. They also kindly allowed us to store our luggage as long as it's collected on the same day. Thank you to the team for a wonderful stay. This will be our go to place for our future Edinburgh trips(:
