"Our stay at Petra Heart Hotel has been amazing! The room is clean, comfortable and updated. The beds are super comfortable. It is close to many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel comes with free breakfast which were all tasty. Most of all, it’s within 5 minute drive to Petra Visitor Center. The hotel Manager, Narati, has been very helpful who gave useful tips visiting Petra as well as restaurants recommendations. He’s very friendly and always willing to help to make your stay...

"Vi fick ett premium rum med fin utsikt mot Petra och bergen. En oförglömlig solnedgång. Väldigt vänlig personal. Bara fem minuter från Petra visitors center. Personalen kan ge bra tips inför besöket. Vi testade inte spa eller restaurang. "

" This status is a 5 because the staff was superb. They answered my questions timely ahead of my visit and made sure I had a good time. I’m fully aware of the location, and this is not the Ritz. It met my expectations for the night. It’s glamping. I had an issue with WiFi and the Internet. I’m sure had I said something, it would have been resolved, but I was too tired from my walk around Petra and the Treasury. It’s was a good stay. Thank You. I would visit again. "

"I booked this hotel last minute and was originally supposed to arrive after 7 pm, but due to stopping on the road to watch the beautiful stars, we ended up arriving after 11 pm. The staff was very attentive and waited for us, even sending a message to check if we were still coming. I liked the concept of paying upon arrival. The place was clean and the apartment was incredibly spacious. The only downside was that the beds were too firm for my comfort. However, considering the low price, it was...
