"Very much a apartment rather than Hotel "

"Super friendly staff throughout the Hotel. Great position in resort short walk to the ski lift. This rating would have been excellent, however, although the breakfast offered an excellent choice the hot breakfast was not hot, hash browns under cooked, cold beans, cold bacon, cold scrambled eggs. Really enjoyed the bar and staff particularly friendly. We stayed 5 nights."

"Great location with convenient parking (off site at a charge). Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The views from the 7th floor balcony are amazing. The spa was adequate and the pool area is superb. My son had a flood problem in his room which took too long to resolve and when he was offered another room he had to move his own luggage. " l’accueil du personnel est parfait . Grande chambre avec belle terrasse au soleil et transats confortables . Dans la chambre manque un fauteuil cosy, pas de bouilloire pour prendre un p’tit thé ou café . Petit déjeuner buffet , très bien mais il manque des crudités . Dommage !! "

"Great location near gondola with access to bars and restaurants within a quick walk. Not too noisy other than road clearing each morning which isn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast is a small selection but has great cakes and meat. Comfy bed and bath in room which is a must. Great to be able to make tea in communal area. "Staff were rude. Would not allow my niece in the hotel who was staying in the second room I booked. Told her she had to be staying at the hotel and she said she was but they did not believe her and would not let her in. They were incredibly rude. She gave her room number but the room was under my brothers name and so they would not let her. But the room was for 2 people and it is their fault they did not ask for the name of the second person. She was there when I checked in. Incredibly impolite....
