From the staff to the service! so lovely to go right out our door & spend the day on the lake, dock & step right into a restaurant that served great food & drinks! "Lovely hotel and grounds.
We had a room on the 3rd floor with two balconies affording us stellar views of the mountains and lake. The rearward facing balcony was quiet and peaceful.
We through the doors open and had a lovely breeze all evening.
The pool is lovely and there were plants of lounge chairs for reading and relaxing + two showers.
We don’t eat at the hotel but great coffee is just down the street and there are a few restaurants in either direction.

Laura provided a very thorough briefing when we checked in about not only the rental but also about all the local places to see and eat at. All make marked on a very convenient map for us. Negative- it is situated off of a very steep incline. It’s .7 miles uphill from the ferry dock. You can take a bus and get dropped closer to the guest house, but there still is quite a walk from the bus stop. Also, there isn’t a place on the bus for luggage. "One of the nicest views in Lake Como region is right outside your hotel room. The Pool area and areas for outside seating near the pool are perfect spots to spend time in the late afternoon as you head into the golden hour. The staff is all professional, friendly and helpful.
