"I was skeptical when booking because the photos posted from the property looked like renderings maybe but it was truly as advertised. Really had great experience with the staff such as Lily and Rose who all knew what my travel plans were for each day and trying to make the experience special. I put 9.8/10 when I checked out but looking back it was a 10/10 experience, maybe just knocked off the 0.2 for how hot it is outside which isn't the hotels fault haha."

" A very pleasant experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were warm and welcoming. My room was clean, quiet, and nicely arranged with good amenities. The hotel felt safe and well managed. I also liked the convenient location, which made getting around the city very easy. "We loved the location and the service at the Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi. Being in the Old Quarter meant that most of the major sites were within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of cook to order options as well as a full spread."
