"I can't say enough great things abou the staff at this hotel! They were all very kind and helpful, we got a 20 minute intro to Hanoi upon our arrival! The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was basic with firm beds, the shower pressure was a little low, It's an older hotel with some wear, but all was clean, there are great banh mi and pho stands right out front, and cld cheap beer in the corner store - will stay here again 100% if I ever visit Hanoi again!"
