"I usually stay in hotels, but this studio changed my mind. It was surprisingly homey and had everything I needed—even laundry machines! Loved the wood finishes and peaceful vibes. "

"Our stay at this hotel was lovely! As it was there first week or so of opening they gave us an upgraded room free of charge. The staff were very helpful with things to do in the area and even helped us to book a cruise to Ha Long Bay. The room was very clean and new, good shower pressure, TV with Netflix and YouTubr, and working AC. "

"Gorgeous hotel, very central to all the main attractions. Staff are extremely helpful with everything including organising airport transfers and excursions. Would definitely recommend to stay here when your in Hanoi"
"Great location. Amazing support from staff. Specially Jimmi helped us making our stay in Vietnam easier and supporting us when needed (for example calling airport several times asking for delatyed bagagge).

"Best staff I’ve ever encountered. Nothing is a problem. Anna was always available to help us. She is unbelievable. Cannot fault any member of the Lotus Boutique staff."
"Great location in the heart of the Old Quarter, within walking distance of the main tourist spots. The buffet breakfast was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Jimmi, the manager, was especially professional and friendly, he arranged every single aspect of my 4-day itinerary and trips in northern Vietnam (Halong Bay and Sapa), not just in Hanoi. He organized pick-ups and drop-offs, transportation, overnight bus bookings, tour guides, and sightseeing. He’s efficient, accommodating, and responsive, even when he's not on-site. Everything went incredibly smoothly.

"I can't say enough great things abou the staff at this hotel! They were all very kind and helpful, we got a 20 minute intro to Hanoi upon our arrival!
The breakfast buffet was excellent.
The room was basic with firm beds, the shower pressure was a little low, It's an older hotel with some wear, but all was clean, there are great banh mi and pho stands right out front, and cld cheap beer in the corner store - will stay here again 100% if I ever visit Hanoi again!"
