"The hotel is great, nice place to relax in the thermal waters. Room was very spacious and well located. Spa was decent. Breakfast could improve quality as some of the breads seemed old a couple of times. Staff were very kind and responsive. Desafio Termal is worth it. "

"My only complaint was the air conditioning at night, not cold enough. I called the technician twice, and he seemed like not wanting to accept the fact that it was not blowing cold air and just give me excuses to the point that I asked him to leave. I did not complain to the front desk nor to the staff cause that’s not my style, but I expected better from the staff and the technicians of the air conditioning. Other than that everyone else was amazing."

"Hotel Don Alfonso is historic and beautiful! We enjoyed exploring every charming area! The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and Louis was exceptional—greeting us right away at check-in, sharing helpful information about the area, and even offering to help us improve our Spanish, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent and within walking distance of many restaurants, including two great Peruvian restaurants across the street that became our favorites. As expected in a city,...

"Bien por el precio y para pasar una o dos noches. Además de la piscina, no tiene absolutamente nada para hacer. La ubicación es un poco lejana de cualquier cosa que se quiera hacer en el área. Desayuno básico y habitación normal con una pequeña cocina."
