Great vacation!

The hotel was beautiful and the hospitality/service was excellent. The only problem I had was the shower water was not strong and the shape of the Jacuzzi made it difficult to shower.

Great, but...

The hotel staff is great and very attentive. However, when I reported a problem with the shower door, it was never taken care of. The hotel is located on a very noisy street with a bus terminal at the end of the street. The traffic noise can keep you awake at night or wake you up early in the morning.
