"Extremely glad that we chose this hotel on this trip to Penang. Room was very nice clean and with lovely sea view. All the staff especially at the club were extremely nice, warm, helpful and very friendly thus made our stay welcoming. There is one staff in particular that stands out is Mr Samson from the club lounge. Thank you. Breakfast and cocktail food and drinks were very good clean and very well presented. "

"Elevator should be labeled to indicate exec apartment. Haw Yeon who was mgr of breakfast buffet was exceptional incl recommending a market that was only on weeekend so that we would not miss it. Chefs and wait staff were very attentive. "

"Fantastic view over the sea and condos along gurney drive. Nice location, short walk to Paragon and Gurney malls. Attractions are only 5 minutes away- Burmese and Thai temples. Host has been friendly and understanding of our needs. Rooms and washrooms are clean. We strongly recommend this apartment for short holidays in lovely Penang."

"Short walk to gurney plaza. Convenient location. Also close to bus stop that heads to town. Clean comfortable room with ample space for luggage. Bathroom -shower with soap and shampoo provided. Communal fridge and freezer as well as a water filter to refill your own bottles. The room we had was upstairs(one floor up). Key pad for main entrance, then card to get into room and activate electricity/air conditioning.... Good value for money and good location, would recommend to family and...
