Well were do i start . Within 5 mins of arriving security guard tryed selling drugs . Did at least 20000 steps a day as out of the way had to walk past growling wild dogs every day. It says wifi but you try getting pass words as no body available! Or speaks english . Room service is very poor had to track down a cleaner after 7 days just to change towels wich wasn't easy .

There were a number of unique things about this property, sadly none that I can remember that were 'good'. When you arrive, the hotel is broken up into several buildings. There is a guardhouse situated around the permitier of a fountain (which doesn't work). There is no reception on premises, and what was the reception is open and available for anyone to look at, sadly, it is full of what looks like bridal gear for a seperate business. I then called the telephone number and someone picked up, directing me to the correct building and telling me that the key to my room was in the mailbox and I should go and collect it myself.

отличный отель

хороший кондо. неплохое расположение. отличный бассейн 2 типа сауны. охрана. джакузи. конечно дизайнер этого отеля с планировкой намудрил. в комнате нужен хотябы один стул и очень желательно стол месторасположение хорошее хоть до трассы хоть до моря 6 минут пешком. рядом севен и фэмэли. также местные кафэшки.

驚愕のホテル

部屋に入ったら掃除道具が乗った台車が置かれたままだった。冷蔵庫の中には2人部屋用の2本のペットボトルと飲みかけのペットボトルが一本入ったままだった。びっくりした。

If you stay here you have to pay 500 baht for cleaning service exclude from room rate and also pay deposit 1,000 baht. The location is South Pattaya not far if you want to go Sattahip. Around condo doesn't have any food. You have to drive to the main road and you will find the street food.

Good value for money, but room for improvement.

The apartment is a great value for money, it has all the basics and the facilities are as those of a resort, with a nice fitness center, swimming pool, and a restaurant. Room has good air condition and wifi. Wifi was not working when we checked in, but we called the contact and it was fixed next day, so that is the only issue. But these type of apartments are not for everyone, it is important to understand this is NOT in the center of everything, so having a rent a car helps a lot for transportation. Without a car, transport can be a hassle and even expensive depending on needs / budget. Apartment could benefit if they had some plates, bowls and utensils to eat something in the apartment. Kitchen is good but cannot function without some cook ware. Other than that, as said before, good value for money.
