Really enjoy staying at this hotel. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff is fantastic. Bathrooms need to be updated; hot water comes and goes; tub works well for baths, showers get water everywhere. Pool needs maintenance. It's large and water is great, but too many loose or missing tiles.

Great centralised hotel, renovations during our stay. Breakfast OK though could have more choices. Large pool though pool bar not in operation. large spacious room, large pond with many fish. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Just for a one time hotel

The service is good and the staff o really politely. But the room was not too good, I can sleep at that bed, it’s very uncomfortable.
King size bed, but you can feel there are two small bed, very uncomfortable

Nice location

Overall I’m very happy with my stay, I was upgraded to a bigger room which was appreciated. The location is great, you can easily walk anywhere in town from the hotel. Unfortunately I’m disappointed with the pool area, it felt a bit rundown. There was a total of 4 sunbeds, 3 of them were broken. Also the ladders into the pool felt like there were going to fall off every time you used them.

The hotel seems a bit abandoned and outdated. However, the rooms are large, including mini-kitchen, separate bedroom, 2-entrance bathroom and large working table. Large and practical wardrobe and large safetybox, fast internet. Nightguard and receptionist are friendly and the location is good and close to shopping malls and nightlife in the northern part of the city.

Slidt hotel hvor billederne er bedre end virkeliheden. Værelserne er udstyret med ukomfortable møbler. Ved poolen er der defekter og der er få liggestole som ikke har en madras - dårlig komfort. Generelt er hotellet meget slidt ned og udeområderne bliver ikke passet nok. Der er larm fra gade, gøende hunde døgne rundt og en høne som kl. 03.30 hver dag skal vække os alle :-) Venligt personale og roomservice med god mad og hurtig levering. Store værelser.

Good hotel with great staff!

Well located for the beach road but far enough to be quiet. Great pool area but the staff shouldn’t be allowed to choose the music played at the pool bar! When the average age of client is around 50 years rap music is not a great choice! This is the only complaint about the whole hotel but it did spoil my pool time. As the music was to loud to be able to listen to my own headphones. In summary, The staff in this hotel could not be better ! I could not fault any of them.

チェックイン時に館内の説明が全くなく、事務的、愛想がない。Wi-fiの説明もプールの説明も、何も説明がなく、こちらか言ってWi-fiのパスワードなどが記載された紙切れをもらったが、Wi-fiが全く繋がらず、滞在中、部屋でWi-fiを使う事ができなかった。 部屋の設備は、ティッシュはなく、トイレットペーパーも少ない、シャワーの水圧も弱い。 友達の部屋の火災報知器が故障して30秒に一回鳴りっぱなしで、昼過ぎにフロントに言っても、直したのは翌日で部屋交換もなし。 とにかく、何もかもダメ。

Огромный бассейн и красивая территория.

Депозит 1000 бат. Номер большой. Пол деревянный! У нас был вид на дорогу. Есть один русский канал. Дают 2 бутылки воды бесплатно. Убираются нормально, но не всегда дают чай-кофе. Завтрак не брали, стоит отдельно 250 бат на человека. Есть огромный бассейн! Там в баре дают потоленца. На территории в клетках живут павлины, волнистые попугайчики и гуси. До центральной улицы минут 10 пешком. До Терминала 21 - тоже. Напротив Фэмили Март и 7/11 рядом. Из минусов - уставший номер. Видно, что не новый. Были перебои с wi-fi. Пароль меняется каждые 3 дня. Персонал не всегда улыбчивый. НО бесплатно отвезли на вокзал на обратном пути.

très satisfait, un personnel charmant, un service d'entretien respectueux de votre repos, le cadre sympathique avec un petit étang empoissonné ce qui est très agréable lorsqu'on aime voir évoluer les poissons gros comme petits. une petite basse cour avec une troupe d'oies c'est très dépaysant. belle piscine. l'emplacement parfait donc j'étais très satsfait de mon séjour.
