We were disappointed to read that you did not have a pleasant with us, as I 've checked your bedding request was King Bed Non smoking room and we have exactly served you as you booked and requested Superior Pool view King bed non smoking room so. To clarify the cancellation policy was not allowed for your booking which is last minute booking( Book and Stay on the same day) / Non refundable with special discount.
