Staff were fantastic I had room 307 which was basically 2 rooms in one,massive,great AC everything is easily walkable while the soi the hotel is on is very quiet,great massage shop opposite too.

Sandy Springs is a centrally located hotel on Soi13 that provides easy walking access to the beach, walking street and Central Pattaya. Amenities were nice and the staff was super attentive and always polite. I will definitely stay in this hotel on future visits to Pattaya. Great value as well.

Room little old, but fine. Toilet renew because very good. Allday sunny pool area not many peopple swimming, very good. Wifi not work 100%, many morning not work, but only couple hours. Staff very good and can eat hotel if want. Aircondition work very well. Good hotel and not so expensive, i coming back many times

Great short stay. Big, comfortable room.. not plush, but very nice and clean. Bathroom water pressure great. Was quiet, which is surprising given the area. I’d stay there again.

Great hotel

Great location, the room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable and of course the water pressure was just right. I would definitely recommend this place. Wonderful staff! The photo from my balcony!
