The proficiency of spoken English by the staff is not great. I lost my room card (yes my fault) but they did little in the way of reassuring me the card had been disabled when the other one continued to work after they said ALL cards were disabled. Breakfast choice is good and this is right on the beach with several shops and amenities nearby. However, the deck chairs are claimed by 7am and staff do nothing to assist with keeping things timely and fair. It really needs renovation, and our room repeatedly smelt like sewage and of damp. In short - we abandoned 2 days earlier and when staff asked why we were leaving early and we told them - they just smiled and said “thats nice” and processed us out stating no refund for unused days. Would recommend pay a little more and find an alternate venue. I don't often leave reviews but felt compelled to do so as they are spoiling the good name of Pullman.

Really recommend this place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool area is very clean and gym Sunset by the pool and beach was amazing. Call upgraded to an executive room because it was our anniversary was very please with all the service. Would like to give a special thank you to Angelo by the pool.

Menu was good but expensive, gym equipment a bit run down, children’s activity was very poor. Pools were very good, but change rooms need upgrading

A good beach side hotel

It’s nice to live near the beach . The pool is wonderful. But the hôtel condition is old

Amazing resort!! Clean beautiful great food lovely staff! And mostly, beach is right Infront of you!! We wokld definitely go back to this hotel. Airport is only 1.5 hours away and all tourist spots to see are in the same are!! I’m glad we stayed here rather than Bangkok. Everyday swimming and have our own Hotel’s sun beds and facilities really made it even more luxurious and amazing! Thank you Pullman! I highly recommend esp for families!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
