Honestly, would of given this place 10 stars if I could!!! There wasn't a single thing on my vacation that this place couldn't of made me any happier, Tranquil, Unique from all other hotels in Pattaya, everything I could of asked for and Yes I will be coming back here again!!! The rooms were always clean, daily maintained and looked after to a good degree where your comfortable. Location wise i think personally was brilliant 2 minute walk from shops and bars, 10 minute walk from a shopping Complex and 15 minutes from the main Strip. The service was beyond believable everyone was so friendly from the room maids to the receptionists or the security everyone treated me with respect and kindness that I felt at home here, big shout out (if the boss of this place has read this) to the young beautiful lady on reception i think her name was Nampheung, she was always able to answer and questions I had as its my first time in this beautiful country, she went above and beyond to make me feel at home and relaxed here and once she completes her degree if she keeps at this standard, she is and will be a credit to this place!!!

Beautiful refuge… lush, labyrinthine gardens around a really good pool and pool bar. Cabins are arranged along ‘sois’ that fan out from the pool area, and are super clean, well appointed and comfortable. Staff are charming and efficient. When I arrived, the aircon in my cabin was not working… before I even had a chance to report it, a technician appeared (clearly the cleaner who had just finished preparing the room had reported the problem). I was instantly given a different cabin – again, this was arranged before I could even ask. Some reviews mention the bats… This will depend entirely on you. My father would have turned round and run away. There are hundreds of fruit bats that roost in the huge trees around the edge of the compound. At dusk, they fly up and away to feed in the countryside at night. They come back at dawn. Personally, I loved them. The sound they make is a restful white noise, like a waterfall. I found them fascinating to watch. They never come down from treetop level. And they’re fruit bats… they don’t drink your blood :) My only negative experience was at about 5 pm when someone came round with an incredibly loud fog machine to spray some noxious insecticide against mosquitos. (Of which there were, unsurprisingly, therefore none.) I’m not sure how this sits with the whole ‘we are part of nature’ thing here, but I suppose it’s unavoidable. If you hear that fog machine, though, keep your distance. The smoke is nauseating.

This is my fourth time to Pattaya I have stayed at many different properties I must say Let's Hyde Pattaya Resort &Villas definitely would be my best stay so far the reception staff are all friendly and attentive housekeeping excellent service the resort massage and poolbar dinning with a variety of Thai and foreign food highly recommend just laz by the pool all day eat drink and relax can't ask for much more all round I would say a excellent resort a hidden gem only 400 metres from terminal 21 definitely will book again I would like to thank all staff for great weeks stay already planning my next trip 😃

Good Location

I had an easy check in and front desk staff are friendly. However, the room that I was given was dirty (stained blankets and pillow cases, old towels, weird smell to the room, open water bottles in the mini fridge)and there was no hot water. I told reception and someone came to look at it but after a couple of hours I qsked if it would be fixed soon and they moved me into a similar room that was clean and had hot water. The room and rhe room I was in before had a weird sewage smell! The location is good and the hotel pool and bar area is nice.
