Room was clean and spacious, fridge was well stocked. All the staff were good but the housekeeper on my floor was exceptional...made sure I never needed to ask for anything . Anything you need is 5 minutes away...would happily stay there again.

Stayed here twice over a 2 week trip, nice and clean - plenty to do. Showers are nice but hot water can be slightly hit and miss at peak times . Mega comfy bed, huge TV safe etc.. there is a single 10meter pool on site - not 10 pools ! Friendly helpful staff

Great Stay in a Well-Located Hotel I had a lovely experience staying at this hotel. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the beach, local markets, and a variety of restaurants, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploration. I stayed in the Junior Suite, which was spotless and well-appointed. The staff were consistently polite and professional, adding a warm touch to the overall experience. The gym facilities were more than adequate for a solid workout, and being accessible 24 hours a day was a huge plus for my schedule. The on-site restaurant offered tasty meals at competitive prices, even if not the cheapest around. The only minor drawback was the lift—there were occasional delays due to only one being available. That said, it didn’t detract significantly from an otherwise excellent stay. Would definitely recommend and consider returning!

Hard to beat.

Excellent hotel. Great sized room. Daily house keeping with two waters. No iron or ironing board. Close to all soi bukhoaw and second road, 711’s massage parlours central mall, other food places, multiple laundries. My new go to place in Pattaya. Internet was also good.

This hotel is ok and had a revamp since I last visited.!! On the plus side the room was nice bed comfortable, and lovely big TV on the wall, on the minus side the shower was awful really hit and miss you got Luke warm water at best and that went on the whole of my 3 week stay, the cleaners still don’t understand the do not disturb sign, it was the same 2 years ago.! And the lift is so slow beyond belief
