Overall great!

Clean room, nicely furnished. No insects inside. Fresh sheets and towels. Working elevators. Staff was friendly. Busboys were super-helpful. Close to the main gate. Barhtub curtain was smelly tho. Located little further from beach n pool, comparing to other Ambassador wings.

Хороший сервис отеля, начиная обслуживанием на рецепшен,номер чистый светлый, в туалете отличная вытяжка, уборка номера проводилась качественно, в номере не слышно шум с соседнего, что часто наблюдается в других отелях. Завтраки хорошие, качественные, девушки кафе быстро убирают столы, есть всегда куда сесть есть, хотя людей много приходит на завтрак. Была проблема с интернетом, помогали мне настроить интернет на рецепшен.Из минусов далеко идти до моря, метров 300 в одну сторону, места возле бассейна в 9 утра все заняты, так как люди приходят занимать место в 6 утра, поэтому этот момент сервиса мне не понравился, море большей частью грязное после обеда, только до обеда оно нормальное

Basic hotel, but many surrounding amenities.

Basic room: clean- price list for all the things you can pilfer in the room, but no map of Pattaya nor ant tourist info. Also no slippers/ robe, but plenty of clean towels. There was a small old TV in my room, poor reception with sqewed images. No safe in room, but safe area at reception. To be fait this was a basic room, more upmarket rooms are readily available in Tower and Ocean wings. In garden wilg many russian families, and fresh but basic breakfast
